Thank you for visiting our web site.

freshly prepared Vietnamese cuisine at both lunch and dinner every
day. It features a varied menu of just over 30 items priced from

$13.95 at dinner. Beer and wine are also served. To learn more about
our cuisine or see our menu, please click on these links in the
table of contents on the left. Our guests come to us for several reasons: They enjoy our generously portioned food at very reasonable prices. Many feel that Vietnamese food is the healthiest among not only Asian cuisines, but even of most other cuisines from around the world. Thus, they can enjoy great tasting and satisfying meals without the guilt.
We
have some specialties that have become legendary such as our Spring
Rolls which are made every day in our kitchen by hand. We serve so
many that it is nearly a full time job for one person. We also do
the traditional Vietnamese Pho soup which has been picked as the best in
the area by many food critics. These are but two examples. Green Papaya has an atmosphere that can best be described as a European style bistro with subtle Asian design. It is great for any type of occasion such as a relaxing dinner for two, an informal business meeting, an evening out with the family or friends...whatever. You will feel comfortable pretty much no matter how you are dressed. Perhaps most importantly, we have a fabulous staff fully committed guest satisfaction. Our servers can describe in detail every item on the menu because they actually participate in the preparation. Besides being knowledgeable, they are very attentive, adjusting their service style to your individual needs. This focus on the guest comes from our core philosophy of treating our employees well, much like family. We also believe you can't serve quality cuisine without starting with the freshest, highest quality ingredients. For example, our management drives to the chicken plant to pick up fresh chicken several times a week. We have several people in the kitchen washing, trimming, and slicing fresh vegetables all day long. It's a lot of extra work, but we feel worth it. Green Papaya Bistro is the fulfillment of the American dream for us. Several of us came to this to this country as refugees and started with nothing. Our success can be attributed to our staff and our wonderful guests. Sincerely, |
